45 minutes from Park to Harvard at the height of rush hour is beyond outrageous. I'm amazed no responsible officials are stepping up to the plate. Two more years without new trains and a functioning signal system is an epic disaster.
I got on at Savin Hill at 6:00. The train stopped to "stand by" four times, each time for about 15 minutes. I got to Davis at 7:25, nearly an hour later than normal. People were ready to explode. When I went back to Davis around 9:15 to come home, they were still holding trains there. It's intolerable.

Is this some work-to-rule
Is this some work-to-rule thing because of the proposed change concerning approving one's own overtime?
