Fireworks don't belong in town
Beside the explosion risk (didn't everyone read Follow My Leader in school), we're packed in densely, and one fire started on a block of triple-deckers can make a dozen families homeless.
All because someone selfishly decides to play with fireworks themselves in town, knowing it's illegal.
That's the exact book I think
That's the exact book I think about whenever I hear my neighbors shooting off fireworks.
The JPP PSA doesn't seem to give pause
to some of these guys playing around with these dangerous fireworks. As THE WORD says "foolishness is tied up with the heart of a boy." Parents just have to stay on them 24/7 to keep them away from this kind of trouble.

.....but....but....he made me
.....but....but....he made me do it!!! Hopefully this is preteen stupid mischievous behavior and not an example of his behavior, or worse, for years to come.
Fireworks are dangerous.
The fact that this tragic event happened is precisely why people who insist on having fireworks displays or whatever at home, should hire a professional who knows what the hell they're doing!
what about all the illegal fire pits?
We're concerned about fireworks catching a triple decker on fire, but we ignore all the illegal fire pits in the neighborhood.
