Guy sought for break in at North End trattoria

North End break-in suspect

Boston Police have released photos of the guy they say broke into Vinoteca di Monica, 143 Richmond St., sometime last night or this morning.

Officers spoke to a restaurant employee who stated that, upon opening the restaurant, he noticed that the establishment had been broken into and robbed. Officers observed damage to a rear door, believed to be the point of entry, as well as damage to a cash register inside the restaurant. The victim further stated that an undisclosed amount of money had been taken from the register.

If he looks familiar, contact detectives at 617-343-4248 or the anonymous tip line by calling 800-494-TIPS or by texting TIP to CRIME (27463).

Uh, was he headed to the Bucks game?

Can you blame the guy...he needs money....and FAST.....for a new t-shirt!

Sadly for him, Three Wolf Moon was in the wash.

Moby?

That's totally Paul Shaffer.

And did this guy forget that there are cameras everywhere?

I'm too lazy to post images :)

That's one image that IS worth a thousand words.

500 hell's
500 no's

(somebody had to . . . )

That is hands down the best images out of a commercial location's security camera I have ever seen! It's not gray, not blurry, not greenish! Very impressive!

I'm almost positive this guy walked by me. He looked very tired, had his head bowed looking at the ground. He was wearing a hoodie.
