Boston Magazine reports the people behind a bacon food truck are opening a bacon restaurant in Charlestown, possibly as early as February.

They started as a food truck and the business has grown so they are opening a storefront. If they are cashing in... it's on their years of hard work. I wouldn't call the story of two upstart young entrepreneurs depressing.

Parking there is always tight and the taqueria that was there before current place was great. Sucks they are only breakfast and lunch, maybe delivery for lunch?
