There are more than a few Croatians in and around Boston. Just not under your bridge.

Worst kit in the tournament.

I mean if you don't want to pay $100+ just borrow a tablecloth from one of the many fugazi Italian restaurants around town.

I know that is a humble brag of the worst sort, but I have never seen them retail in Boston. Sorry.

If you can't get behind this team, you are soulless and not a sports fan. A lot guys were infants during the war and some were war refugees as children (especially Mordic and Lovren) who have fought tooth and nail in this thing.

This run is a great feel good story and France can never be forgiven for the hand ball against Ireland in the 2010 qualifications.

You might be able to call up We Got Soccer in Foxboro, they have a good selection but it is usually geared towards the big teams in terms of shirts.

I believe some of them ran the 63 minutes before a break. That was the one thing I noticed is how many volleys they had run ,endlessly, before any breaks. Quite impressive

I'm sure EEI has open lines for you to complain about NFL players "disrespecting the troops" right now.

No help on the jersey front, but we got back from Croatia about 10 days ago. I know nothing about soccer and have never watched more than a few minutes of soccer, but we loved watching the games there with the locals. At night, every restaurant and bar has a TV on with people glued to the game. Some towns/cities had a square with a huge tv where we could watch, and they served beer. It was a blast and we became Croatia soccer fans. The last game of the day was at 8 PM, and I caught it most nights. Thought about getting a jersey, never did.

Go Croatia!

When I might not be let back in the house without a soccer jersey after a foreign trip.

FC Barcelona, Real Madrid, Ireland, France, Switzerland ... my son could go an entire week of nothing but. He still has them all.

No Croatia, though.

Where did you get to visit? My wife visited there back when it was still part of Yugoslavia (in 1979). We keep hoping my father may want to make a last visit there next year (and we'd go along -- with him as translator -- even though his Croatian is about 100 years out of date).

Slovenia first - gorgeous.

Plitvice NP
Split - Hvar, surrounding area
Rab
Pula

The coast is spectacular and the water is crystal clear, lots of swimming because it got hot

I understand it's nuts in July and Aug, like really bad nuts.
Wonderful place to visit, highly recommended, especially during WC soccer.
You'd be the best son in the world if you could take your dad there.

There are ferries to Croatia.

We were disappointed that they weren't running when we were in Venice in early April or we would have gone.

You are a little late to get jerseys if you didn't order from the internet a while ago. The soccer stores all thought Croatia wasn't going to be in the finals, and there aren't really any Croatian non-food product stores around.

Univision Deportes in Chelsea sells jerseys but sold out of Croatia jerseys already - they said they had hats. they also run a stall at Prudential but probably that's sold out too? Brazilian soccer house also worth a try. You can find plenty of Croatian food imports at Elma market on Ferry St in everett but they said no to soccer clothes. Croatian beers can be found at Total Wine in Everett. Many wine stores stock Croatian wines. :D

Croatia will be wearing their iconic red and white checked uniforms on Sunday, if you can't get a jersey you might hit a fabric store for red and white checkerboard fabric and use a pair of scissors to make yourself a homemade fan scarf?

...WhoGivesAShitsville? Kick, run, fall, overreact, and it's nil nil after a full match. Soccer sucks. Bravo, these drama queens are in great shape. That's the response you defenders of this dumb game always have.
