Orange Line tonight? Yeah, right

The MBTA begins another round of weekend diversions on the Orange Line, starting at 8:45 tonight. The work means no service between Sullivan Square and Tufts Medical Center until Monday morning. On the plus side: No weekend fares to ride the line.

Meanwhile the Lowell line is bussing as is the redline from Alewife to Kendell. So it sucks if you need to get into the city from points North.

The Red Line shuttles are just from Alewife to Harvard. Except the trains are running this weekend due to the holiday.

No weekend fares really help the commuters who already buy a pass but instead have to deal with shittier commutes because of shit infrastructure. Does nothing to quell the hatred of the MBTA.
