Roving UHub photographer Mary Ellen reports there were actually two eagles along the Charles River at Millennium Park in West Roxbury this morning, including this one.

Good eating
They don't taste like chicken though, more like spotted owl.
Sure
Humans taste like pork, or so "they say".
"They" could say it tastes like pumpkin pie
But I'd still take a pass on cannibalism.
What's with the photo?
Did she see the eagles in the air or on her TV? (Over the air != In the air)
Yep.
That’s a moire
Better photo swapped in
Yes, Mary Ellen originally sent in a photo of the back of her camera. I've updated the original post with the real photo. And then there's this:
Great photo!
Nicely done - camera/lens?
Camera
She reports it's a Panasonic Lumix FZ70 with a 60x zoom.
Newton? BC Eagles?
I think these eagles may be children of a nesting pair in Newton/Waltham along the Lakes District of the Charles River. They have been there at least ten years and there are bald eagles starting to nest throughout Metrowest, and I'm sure elsewhere.
Too bad the spring herring run is greatly reduced these days.
That's a great time to see these and other birds, especially near Watertown Dam.
Sometimes bald eagles eat cats, so they've got that going for them.
