Its one of our charms.

I wonder if Brady would giggle, or get upset seeing that obit.

Would be cool. Contemporary Brady would be pissy.

Also, good thing Buffalo has the Blue Jays this year, so that they can have a team that won championships in the 90s.

With his new team and during the post game interview he'd say..some people in Buffalo counted us out...lol

As someone who once went to Foxboro with an announced attendance of 25,000 but closer to 15,000 showing up, things, as like our championship 2018 team from Fenway is showing, can go south awfully fast.

The flipside is other than drug taking owners in a certain Midwest city or a alleged grifter in a city by the Oil Can Boyd Ocean and a pile of racist scumbag owners elsewhere, how does one, with the resources, analytics, and brain power at your disposal screw up an NFL franchise?

I'm the same age as my son is now when Buffalo got crushed in the first of four super bowls in a row. How does a team screw up so bad? It's not TB's fault, it was Ralph Wilson and whomever that frakker who owns the team now's fault.

I'm sure this woman celebrated in 2003 when the Bills destroyed the Patriots 31-0 on opening day. I'm sure she was elated. I'm sure she was devastated when BB designed every play of the last game of the season to ensure that the Bills lost 31-0 and then guide the Past to win the Super Bowl.

I hope she has fun in the afterlife and tells fellow Bills fan Tim Russert that we need him back down here.

I'm ready for a period where everything Brady (and Gronkowski) does is going to provoke either schadenfreude or butt-hurt from the local populace- Heard Scott Zolak Tuesday say the tweets between the 2 were "shaking their ass" at the Patriots after the Covid opt-outs in Foxborough

that was Sullivan Stadium, a 6-0 loss to the Colts in 1992. Two field goals in the first half, no other scoring: an incredibly dull game on route to a 2-14 season, only two years after going 1-15. The Pats' only real scoring threats were one missed FG and one shot at another pushed out of range by penalties. Hugh Millen (remember that stiff?) and his second-half injury replacement Zolack spent most of the afternoon on their backs: one sack after another.

To add insult to crushing, shivering boredom, it took hours to get out of the parking lot despite attendance of only around 15,000 fans. So I've been very grateful for the recent run of championships.

I had not seen the nickname "the Past", but if Belichick can't get close to another championship without the QB GOAT, maybe that one should stick.

Isn't the legacy of Millen that his wife started the Patriots cheerleaders?

1992 was also a year before Patriots' kicking legend Scott "Missin'" Sisson hit town

That you don't realize that part of her life, and what she passed onto her kids, who wrote her obituary, was her sense of humor.

Buffalo, or Heaven?

Note: this post is the first time since the creation of the world that these two have been confused.

The Natural was film in Buffalo and throughout the film (more so the novel) heaven and hell are conflated with baseball... at the rock pile.
