Sort of C+ street skiing conditions
The best street skiing is when there's heavy snow around 30˚ and a coastal front comes through and it drops down to 15 with more heavy snow, and the wet stuff freezes up and provides a good platform. Also helps when it's not windy so there aren't pavement-y areas. Today's storm is too cold and too windy!
