That would be a better place to protest.

Not all demonstrations are protests.

Just like a protest is not a riot.

Time to replace that leaky overton window.

I said protest because I meant protest.
.

There's more than a few foreign diplomatic missions in Boston and the area, but not from the Russian Federation. You'd have to go to New York for a consulate, or DC for the embassy.

I did not know of many of these consulates in the area until just now: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_diplomatic_missions_in_Boston

I'd like to see some Russian officials afraid to leave a building because protesters are there.

Try Fox News HQ?

What does that mean?

Or, shall we say, the likes of Little Tucker Frozen Boy and his friends. They seem to have moved on from sedition into full blown treason, complete with global-level DARVO (deny, attack, reverse victim and offender).

But thanks for the input.

Fox News has been carrying water for Putin for the last 8-10 years or so. They might not be officially working for Russia, but there's not much distinction in doing it ad-hoc.

So they should protest FOX News? That will scare the Kremlin I guess.

There used to be a Fox 25 News office across from the State House, but (a) it's not there anymore, and (b) WFXT's local news operation was unrelated to national Fox News.

Their Boston bureau used to be in a nondescript West Newton office building, but Googling leads me to believe it’s no longer there.

Swirly doesn’t make it into the city very often now that she’s in the burbs, but she used to be here all the time. And her all caps temper tantrums she regularly has here bring her back to those good ol’ days.

Did my question deserve her wrath?
A Language lesson and something about Fox News because I'd like to see protesters in front of a Russian Government office?

I get what you were trying to say originally, but your beef did come off as kind of silly, probably due to how you expressed yourself.

Ok.

There's the Museum of Russian Icons in Clinton..... ;-)

... to the current Russian government.

But the protests would be directed towards the Russian goverment. Not the Russian church or Russian-Americans.

That museum is NOT an appropriate place to protest Putin's War, however.

The tone of a lot of the comments here is extremely flippant, and I don't get it either. Do people not realize the significance of this?

>> Do people not realize the significance of this?

They don't.

This situation is gonna go from grim and shocking to outright …I don’t know I have words.

Their goal is to overthrow Zelensky . The democratically elected president.
How we can just sit back and watch this military coup without putting boots on the ground I don’t know , but it’s really depressing

To support the freedom fighters in Ukraine.

I'm a bit surprised.

No Russian consulate here?

Sure there is - Aisle 2 of the Babushka Deli on Washington Street in Brighton.

it's in Berezka on Comm Ave.
