Ghislaine Maxwell's Manchester-by-the-Sea pied-a-mer for sale

Helen Rose reports Ghislane Maxwell's bolthole is up for sale: A 1660s house built in Salem, moved to what was then just Manchester in 1917 and now sitting on a 40-acre parcel overlooking the sea where now convicted sex trafficker Maxwell lived with her last beau before her 2020 arrest. $7.8 million.

Gross. Even if I were rich enough to pay millions for a seaside house, I would never want to live somewhere where a person that vile had lived.

I'd just say tear it down but thats an old house.. ugh.

This is also her second home.. she owned a house in Bradford, NH.

It's not as if the house itself had anything to do with the abuse.

The goal should be to sell it for as much as possible and give the proceeds to the victims.

You can also buy Epstein's island if you're a completist.

Or you can buy the, now plot of land his house sat on in Florida. Friend just posted pictures of the, now leveled, house. (which is now just plot of land)

This should at the very least get you the Angele Gingras Award.

Bravo, Adam.

Her rumored husband/ex boyfriend is selling it.
She used to stay at his place on Beacon Hill also.

her ex's place on Beacon Hill is also for sale, or at least it was. Maybe gone from the market now. A unit at 27 Chestnut St, the former BU school of theology.

The decor is hideous. Oddly, there is one painting in one bedroom that is blurred out. Wonder what that is all about: https://ssl.cdn-redfin.com/photo/52/bigphoto/653/72961653_13_0.jpg
