If you were an aging gangster in search of a place to live, where in the North End would you look?

Adam Castiglioni notices a notice posted on the door of a North End home that producers are considering for use when Neeson comes here next month to film "Thug," mostly set in "San Pedro" (filling in for Weymouth or Marblehead, perhaps?):
Thug revolves around an ageing San Pedro gangster (Neeson) who attempts to reconnect with his children and rectify the mistakes in his past, but the criminal underworld won’t loosen their grip willingly.

San Pedro is the Port of Los Angeles
A busy port, but not one that I think of as looking similar to any place in Massachusetts.
That's OK
With our movie tax credits, Boston has filled in for Paris (Pink Panther), New York (any number of movies) and someplace in New Jersey (Elizabeth?). At least in the next Boston Strangler movie, we'll be filling in for Boston.

An ageing San Pedro gangster (Neeson)...
...a gangster with very particular set of skills, skills he has acquired over a very long career, skills that make me a nightmare for people like the ones chasing him.
