Former DA, US attorney gets job at Roxbury Community College to help formerly incarcerated women of color

CommonWealth Beacon reports that former US Attorney Rachael Rollins recently began work at Roxbury Community College, at least part time, to build a program to help the formerly incarcerated, although they didn't learn that from her:

I always found it to be grossly inappropriate when the Boston Globe endorses candidates for public office. How can news source be considered unbiased when they're clearly endorsing those running for political office? Fox, CNN: biased. One clearly roots for one political party, and the other for the polar opposite.

Uhub is actually one of the few news blogs I'll follow, even though I sense it leans a little left. I'm unenrolled due to my aversion to the way both major political parties have behaved.

Endorsements come from the editorial side...

I'm no expert on this but it's common knowledge that the news reporting and editorial "opinion" section are organizationally separate in news orgs. It's not just about electoral endorsements, if it were not separate, how could any "opinion" section exist? It's not "the sky is red, prove me wrong" articles, they are well-informed and make logical arguments based on facts that support the writer(s) argument.

You can even submit your own opinion piece for publication!

Her class would be her saying ... "don't do what I did, thank you"..

Or if she is real lucky, a nice secluded position deep in UMASS....where hacks and scoundrels go to "earn" retirement

When she is incarcerated, about the government needing to shut her up because she was a strong voice for the community and they were trying to keep us down ...blah blah blah.
WGBH, WBUR, The Boston Globe and a few other outlets will fawn over her book and struggle and tell her how brave she is, even if she might have broken a few laws.
Or maybe not....lol
