Voters should have access to specimen ballots before going to the polls.

Data files, computer files for printing ballots are public records and can be requested from the Elections Division of the Office of the Secretary of the Commonwealth, email election at sec.state.ma.us

Images of the ballots can be problematical where the content would have to be transcribed letter by letter, key by key or optical scanner.

Here's what he said.. I think:

Copies of the ballot for today's election are public property, and you should have access to them before you go to the polls.

If you'd like to review a copy of the ballot in (.pdf?), it can be requested from the the Office of the Secretary of the Commonwealth Elections Division by emailing [email protected]

You're getting a bit carried away here. You've already made this point and you've posted links to sample ballots in the past few days. Enough's enough.
