Waltham Agway has them. I got mine there last year, I use it for cover On my raised garden beds. It's pricy, like 17 or so for a full bale.(if I remember right)

They have salt marsh hay for mulching but I'd call first just to check if they still have any this time of year.

City Farm on American Legion Highway has bales of straw/hay.
You do not have to go too far. It is in Roslindale.
It is a great family-run nursery/florist.
I have been going there for years. It is one of my favorite stores in Boston.
