Sure, Brigham's no longer exists as a company, and the Big Dig's been over for awhile now, but you can still get Brigham's Big Dig ice cream at the Stop & Shop on Truman Parkway in Hyde Park.

Golly, if Stop & Shop uses that for their ice cream shelves I'm scared to check what they do for produce.

My favorite ice cream, Brigham's, in my favorite flavor, The Big Dig! Though I often combine it with a scoop of my second fav of Brigham's, Rocky Road. The two are linked forever, for me!
Brighams and Christmas
I am hanging out in the ice cream aisle of my local grocery stores just hoping that the Frozen Pudding makes an appearance soon. Peppermint just doesn't cut it for the seasonal stuff. And let's not invoke Eggnog flavor. That is just very wrong!
Foodie Tip
If you have some method of making ice cream, you can just pour eggnog into the ice cream maker and freeze it up! The stuff is pretty damn near ice cream mix as it is, and you can't go wrong with a scoop of that on mince or pumpkin pie or with a traditional pudding!
When in Hyde Park
and looking to buy ice cream. You would be a fool not to do that at Ron's Gourment Ice Cream.

Brigham's Ice Cream can be found at Star Market on Morrissey Blvd, Dorchester and Roche Bros, Downtown Boston.

... on Watertown Street, Newton. And, to give hope to Deirdre above, I snagged some Frozen Pudding there a few weeks back (don't know if there's any on the shelves now...)

usually has Brigham's as well, although the selection is limited.
Market Basket
Market Basket in Chelsea sells Brigham's also. I think most Market Basket's do.
