Former Whitey associate really just a teddy bear and Roxbury residents should stop saying mean things about him, business associate says

The Herald reports the former owner of Triple O's, with his Bulger-era racketerring conviction well behind him, has snapped up homes on Robey Street in Roxbury and, according to a business partner, is most certainly not throwing his literal weight around and threatening residents who object to drug addicts they claim now frequent the site.

Somebody who was a partner to the murderous, extorting, pedophilish Whitey Bulger doesn't sound like an angel to me. People in Roxbury are worried about Kevin O'Neill, and rightly so.

His limited liability company which is name as the owner of these properties is Robey Street LLC. According to City of Boston real estate taxes, there are some delinquent back taxes.
