Police say man traveled across the state to upskirt a woman on the T

Transit Police report they've charged an Easthampton man with using a selfie stick to take a photo up a woman's skirt at the Copley Square Green Line stop back in June.

Willem Doeleman, 64, was arrested yesterday on a charge of violating the state upskirting law around 10 p.m. on June 23. According to police, a woman waiting for a trolley noticed a man standing behind her:

The man [was] in possession of a cell phone attached to a "periscope" type device had the cell phone underneath her dress and between her legs in record mode. The victim yelled for the male to get away from her. The male quickly vacated the station.
