Man charged as foulmouthed trou dropper at JFK/UMass
By adamg on Mon, 04/30/2018 - 1:23pm
Transit Police report arresting David Jones, 56, on charges he exposed himself to a woman pushing her infant in a stroller and made an "inappropriate" comment to her at the JFK/UMass T stop around 6:40 p.m. on Friday.
Police say officers found Jones in the station mezzanine and that they were able to overcome his initial reluctance to be taken into custody. He was charged with lewd and lascivious conduct, police say.
Innocent, etc.

I wonder if David Jones knows
I wonder if David Jones knows Louis Berna.
Drinking buddies?
.
drinking buddies
Most likely crack or meth
Could be. Or a combination of all.
The other guy was observed at the scene to be drunk by another commenter in another thread.
He doesn't look well
Looks like he needs social services help.
take the last train to clarksville
i will meet you at the station
Everybody's got something to hide
except for me and my monkee
That's not Davy
Clearly that is a Micky song.
BTW, I was going to ask if he's any relation to Mr. Bowie.
I wonder
What would be an appropriate comment after dropping your pants in front of a stranger?
"Today's..
.. No Pants Subway Day, right?"
David Jones better not drop
David Jones better not drop trough in front of the wrong group of guys or he’ll end up in Davy Jones locker.
Or the wrong ...
... group of women.
JFK Station is a horror show.
JFK station attracts tourists to the JFK Library, families who flock to nearby beaches and thousands of students from local schools and U-Mass Boston. A few years ago the Transit Police officer who worked there was a spitfire and she kept the station crime free. Now the police office is closed and you never see a Transit cop. Hopefully the local politicians can convince the MBTA to reopen the police office and station an officer there.
Nearby beaches?
Yikes, feel sorry for anyone trying to go to a beach around there.
No need to feel sorry
The beaches in South Boston are actually quite pleasant and enjoyed by many. And you can even swim in the water.
And this is why
I don't like my kids taking the subway.
I mean
Is there an appropriate age for somebody to encounter some guy exposing himself?
This could have happened in a supermarket, and I'm sure your kids have come across naked folks on that Internet. Just teach them to scream "no!" to draw attention and they should be fine with daytime travel around their city. Don't let creeps win.
LOOK AT ME BRIAN RICCIO I'M URBAN NOW
It's much less likely to
It's much less likely to occur in a supermarket, because staff would see this guy acting suspiciously and ask him to leave.
Ever shop in a Stop and Shop
I dare you to find an employee.
Ah yes
The private sector workers would have done something. You're right. I have contradicted my own logic.
A 13 year old I know...
... handled a creep on the Red Line pretty well a few weeks ago. The guy was staring at him and suggested they go for coffee and the 13 year old stared right back and said, “You don’t how young I am.” The guy apologized and backed off. I think he knew very well this boy was underaged but understand he didn’t have a chance.
Handled? Are we not doing
Handled? Are we not doing phrasing anymore?
Ha!
Oooops!
This man has a severe
This man has a severe physical and cognitive challenges. It would serve better to have empathy and compassion. He is not a rapist, really an drunk 8 year old in a grown mans body who has never had and will never have a normal life. Ask your beloved Charlie Baker to properly fund MA DMH like any first world Governor would and things could be cleaner and brighter in Boston, certianly better robed.
I think your assessment is..
... most likely correct.
But many rapists start out with lewd behavior like exposing themselves. This man’s intention was to frighten his victim.
Um
Source?
Do your own homework.
It’s well known.
No
It is not "well known".
You made the assertion. The burden of proof is upon you.
My father was a police officer...
... who dealt with these kind of cases for decades -- and he agrees with anon and not Lee...
Indecent exposers did not typically move on to more violent sexual crimes.
You misread my post.
I did not say indecent exposers typically move on to more violent sexual crimes.
But you seemed to suggest...
... that indecent-exposers should be viewed as potential (likely?) future rapists. If that wasn't your point, I fail to see one.
Illegal Proof Reversal
I wonder whether he might have been taking a leak
Which certainly would have been inappropriate and shocking to stumble upon, but not really the same crime. Are there public restrooms at JFK?
Nope
Did you read the description of what happened?
He is not a rapist, he has a
He is not a rapist, he has a major physical deformity, he is not strong cannot use an entire side of his body, well known by service providers, he is emotionally, intellectually and physically challenged person.
How do you reach somebody like that?
I mean, really? Bless social workers. That's some voodoo I don't understand at all.
