As Macy's goes, so goes Downtown Crossing, apparently: After downtown's last department store boarded up its display windows and doors the other day, store owners all over the once busy commercial district rushed to do likewise, as Gary Waldeck discovered today.

looting and rioting. They set the cause back years by playing into stereotypes. Want to make a difference? Convince people by intellect and reasoning. I totally support those protesting peacefully but once looting starts, the cause it toast.
