Please do.

In touch with your inner magoo, eh.

As of 12:30,no flooding, and no traffic

No issues aside from a couple of small puddles here and there on the edges.

1) Open restaurant on the end of the pier thanks to inside connections
2) flooding
3) Act surprised, file insurance claim for losses

You can name it the "BPDA Cafe."

Is that Chart House Restaurant an actual, functioning place? Do people go there? One never hears a thing about it, and I use the Aquarium T Stop twice a day and never see a soul going to or from it.

I have older relatives that enjoy it so we take them about twice a year. Decent, mid-range place that is similar to Legal and mostly "older" customers.

Nautical theme - predictable seafood menu, upscale patina.

Likely got a survivor boost when Pier 4 closed.

News flash! There was a high tide today, another to follow about 12 hours later.
That is all.
