As of 4:50pm today, the ABCD Central Office site listed under Downtown Boston at 178 Tremont St. says they do not distribute tests there, but only at their other neighborhood locations.

I've also seen them in Cambridge and Somerville libraries
though I can't guarantee that any particular location has them right at the moment.

The list only shows Boston neighborhoods like Charlestown, Dorchester, Hyde Park, Mattapan,... Quincy?
