Of course it isn't fair: Switch problems at Lechmere

The MBTA reports delays of up to 15 minutes on the Green Line due to some sort of switch problem at Lechmere, you know, the brand-new Lechmere that's the linchpin of the brand-new Green Line Extension, not some superannuated Orange Line station somewhere.

Only one rider says the delays are more like 30 minutes, he's been kicked off two trains now and nobody working for the T at those stations has the slightest idea what's going on and now riders are backed up like the Expressway at rush hour, waiting for shuttle buses that aren't coming.
