$38-million Millennium Tower penthouse goes as a 'family residence'
By adamg on Wed, 02/10/2016 - 6:17pm
The Boston Business Journal reports the 13,000 square feet at the top of Millennium Tower are under agreement. Although the name of the buyer is, of course, under wraps, the Journal reports he or she is local and that they intend to use the space as a "family residence." Also no word if their kids will attend a BPS school.

Whatever floats your boat. Now let's ensure that the buyer never collects Social Security or any other public entitlements.
