Two shot in Grove Hall

Around 5:10 p.m. on Blue Hill Avenue between Georgia and Cheney streets. One shot in the back, taken away in critical condition; the other shot in the leg. A car was also shot up. A gun was recovered several blocks away on Normandy Street.

Blue Hill Avenue was shut for the investigation.

I can't believe i was in the middle of this shit yesterday and it wasn't even in the news....

Forget the fact that it didnt make the news!..all crimes can't and don't!..more importantly, your response should have been..as you say you were caught up in the middle of it..you should be thankful and grateful that you weren't the one who got shot!..but made it safely thru that!..and thank God that you are alive and made it, literally thru it, safely & alive!

Oh of course I'm thankful and I'm thankful no one else got hurt because it was literally in the middle of traffic... i had my kids in the car and It was a scary ordeal but it's just sad because is roxbury/ dorchester it didn't come up on the news.. The violence just needs to stop
