Kristie Helms probably thought about breaking out a rowboat this morning after a water main on Cliffmont Street, off Canterbury, broke this morning, sending water gushing into the street.

Cruiser blocking
Believe it or not I was a little curious why cruise was their also, I called a very very good high ranking BPD officer he told me heads were going to roll this cruiser in question " was out of gas" yep lol lol lol my good friend and high ranking BPD officer that patrolman is going to be doing some pretty boring overnight shifts for the near future, Boy did we laugh lol lol lol.
