Webster street isn't particularly narrow. It's a one way street, but probably wider than Bennington Street which is a two-way (for some reason).

M Webster Street is parking on both sides with the driving lane a car's width. Bennington street is 4 lanes, 2 on each side with 1 lane of parking on each side. Bennington street is the busiest and widest street in East Boston.

I'm talking about Bennington Street from Central Square to Day Square. It's barely wider than Webster.
