Hawk food
I recently saw a hawk devouring a squirrel in the Fens Victory Garden. He was perched on a fence and the squirrel guts and blood were quite awesome and disgusting at the same time.
FYI - Hawks stash food
Hawks tend to have favorite food stash places. So if you see one eating, make sure to give it lots of room, in case of "spills."
Although they prefer to eat freshly killed food, they will eat dead stuff. So another hint by Heloise: if you see dead birds, rodents, etc., please remove the carcasses or alert the appropriate dept. to do so as many of those can be and are poisoned which will be ingested by the animal that eats those remains.

Whwther Affleck or Marky Mark try to chronicle this in a full length motion picture
