for another 6 months to get previous assault charges dropped.
"According to court documents, Arnold was arrested in December 2018 for an assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct outside a bar. The last two charges were dismissed, but the assault and battery charge was given a continuance without a finding and Arnold was put on probation until July 10, 2020."
Does anyone know how these bans are enforced in the professional sports leagues? Are the TD Garden gatekeepers supposed to remember the faces of those banned, is there facial recognition, honor system? When people talk about a ban from all NBA arenas, does the league circulate a flyer with the pictures of all those banned nationwide? I don't think ID's are checked on entry so what else is there? So called "stay away" and "no trespass" orders are violated daily. There doesn't seem to be anything other than recency stopping this kid from going to the next game and few will remember him next season or next week. Just wondering if these bans are just more meaningless, feel-good measures.
My assumption is the only way to enforce something like this is to wait for the same guy to be caught doing something stupid again, and then once they have his ID and see he was already banned from attending, they can..... ban him again?
With his anger-related priors, this guy seems like a powder keg ready to explode. He needs some serious help before he ends up severely hurting or killing somebody.

He's almost as bright as a bowl of Maypo.
