Boston Police report arresting Shaquan Pinkney, 26, of Roxbury for his role in what they say was a four-person gun battle that left Fairfield Street littered with shell casings between Newbury and Boylston streets on Tuesday.
Two other men were arrested not long after the gun battle shortly before 4 p.m.
Pinkney was charged with discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building, unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition and assault by means of a dangerous weapon, police say.
Innocent, etc.

3 arrests in a week. if this
3 arrests in less than a week. if this happened in roxbury, the b.p.d. wouldve been too lazy to even collect the shell casings. (nobody was even injured; only, property damage):
