Cars are gonna hit you!

I hope they make the driver pay for the lost wages/PTO of the families who take their kids there.

People were in the building, who luckily weren't injured. This is not far from the YMCA, which community members walk to for exercise and activities.

This will hopefully be no slap on the wrist and one more crazy driver will be off the road for a good while.

Let's hope it doesn't take more death and destruction to get more crazy drivers off the road. Perhaps we could add more police so that there can be enforcement?

There are no terms/conditions on his release. He wasn't paroled or violating parole - unless he's gotten into something since.

So there is no simple revocation of parole here. They will have to hold a dangerousness hearing. He will have to answer to these charges, though:

The driver, a 53-year-old Dorchester man, was arrested at the scene last night and faces numerous charges, including illegal gun and drug possession, according to Boston Police.
