Man fatally shot on Itasca Street in Mattapan; Boston's fifth murder since Friday

Boston Police report a man in his 30s was fatally shot at 88 Itasca St., near Currier Street, in Mattapan around 11:30 a.m.

Police report arresting Kai Harris, 26, of Brockton and say he will be arraigned in Dorchester Municipal Court.

The victim is the fifth man gunned down in Boston since Friday:

Friday: Man shot to death on Massachusetts Avenue.
Friday: Two shot, one dead in Dorchester.
Saturday: Codman Square gas-station attendant fatally shot.
Sunday: Man shot to death on Mildred Avenue.

I was thinking just of Dorchester and Mattapan, but, yes, have added the Mass. Ave. murder.
