Meteors
Portia Chalifoux wonders if anybody else saw "the large bright fluorescent green ball coursing from low north west to east north of Boston" around 5:52 p.m.
Yep.
But meteor or Chinese space station?
Mark Novak reports seeing a meteor flash from west to east north of Davis Square shortly before 5:30 p.m.
He adds it was white, so we can go to sleep tonight without worrying about going blind and getting attacked by ravenous walking plants.
At 9:55 p.m., Alden reported a greenish meteor up above. Anybody else see it?
Interestingly, Noah Gray, a CNN reporter down in New York, reports he and everybody else on the rooftop he was on saw it.
Ed note: Green meteor? Let's hope we don't wake up tomorrow blind and chased by carnivorous plants. And, yes, I cannot help repeating that after every meteor sighting.
