Two-alarm fire damages house on Adams Street near Ronan Park in Dorchester

The Boston Fire Department reports firefighters responded to 115 Adams St. around 11 a.m. for what turned into a two-alarm fire.

One firefighter suffered a minor injury and one resident was taken to a local hospital for observation, the department reports

The fire spread from the first floor to the attic, the department reports. Damage was estimated at $250,000.
