Dorchester man charged with attempted rape in Hyde Park

Boston Police report arresting Eric Davis, 67, on charges he tried to rape a woman on Hyde Park Avenue near American Legion Highway Tuesday afternoon.
Davis was charged with assault with intent to rape, indecent assault and battery and assault and battery on somebody over 65, police say.
Innocent, etc.
