Didn't expect it
How many times do stars go up to accept an award and claim, "Oh, I totally wasn't expecting this"?
Except when Maura went up she totally didn't seem to have expected it .. and it was endearing.
adorable!
adorable!
My husband lurrrrrves her
He has joked that she and Carrie Brownstein are the only two women he'd be tempted to leave me for. I don't think either of them will turn up on our doorstep any time soon, LOL. But if they did......I would probably forgive him for going. I mean, c'mon!

From Wik, the Tierney name
From Wik, the Tierney name was once big in Boston, they were all over politics,,,
"Tierney, the eldest of three children, was born and raised in the Hyde Park neighborhood[1] of Boston, Massachusetts to an Irish Catholic family.[2] Her mother, Pat (née James), is a real estate broker, and her late father, Joseph M. Tierney, was a prominent Boston politician who served on the Boston City Council for 15 years.[3]
Tierney attended Notre Dame Academy in Hingham, Massachusetts, where her studies included drama, which led to her appearance at the Boston Globe Drama Festival.[1] After graduation, she attended New York University, where she majored first in dance, then in drama.[4] ''
