Green Line commuters can only laugh: Trolley has broken pantograph

Moderate? Ha! We got put off a train at Washington which was then turned around back to Park Street, were told the next train would bring us to BC, only for the next train to also get turned back to Park Street. Nary a shuttle bus was in sight and in fact we were told that there had been shuttle buses but they were sent away. And this was a half hour after the first “moderate delay” alert. I took a Lyft home.
