Adam Castiglioni watched this morning as the old Boston Garden garage started coming down to make way for a new residential tower.

Thankfully for the last I've avoided having to walk that stressful and ugly stretch of Martha Rd./Lomansey Way ever since the opening of the North Bank Bridge in 2012.
Is that standalone 4-story building across the street, which miraculously escaped demolition due to its "connections," still there?

I think the condo's in it are still worth combined well north $2 million.
