Man charged as Mass. Ave. T-stop ATM burglar

Transit Police report arresting Carlos Pagan, 38, on charges he was the guy who figured out how to get into a Bank of America ATM at the Massachusetts Avenue Orange Line stop and make off with a cash "cassette" on March 10.

Police say they found Pagan this morning further down on Mass. Ave., near Washington Street, and arrested him on a charge of breaking and entering a depository.

Innocent, etc.
