Two stabbed, one pistol whipped in Mattapan fight; two suspects arrested

Boston Police report arresting a man and a woman in connection with a fight that left three injured at 70 West Selden St. in Mattapan shortly after 11 p.m. on Saturday.

Police report arresting Luxury Lee, 29, of Fall River, and Kamaree Lee-Eliot, 26, of Dorchester, on charges of illegal possession of a firearm, illegal possession of ammunition and illegal possession of a large-capacity feeding device. Lee-Eliot was also charged with assault with a dangerous weapon. Neither was directly charged with the two stabbings and pistol whipping, which means charges could be added later or police continue to search for other suspects.

According to police, officers responded to West Selden Street at 11:18 p.m. on a report of a fight - and immediately found a man with a stab wound.

Officers were also approached by another victim who advised officers that she was pistol whipped. Officers observed the suspect begin to walk away from a group, and approached a female behind a vehicle. Officers observed the male suspect pass an unknown object to the female suspect.

The female suspect immediately began to run from officers and a foot pursuit ensued. The female suspect refused officers’ orders to stop, and officers observed her throw an unknown object into a front yard. Officers were able to apprehend the female suspect, and placed her into handcuffs. Officers were quickly able to locate the firearm.

Officers advised responding officers that a firearm was recovered, and they were able to place the male suspect into handcuffs without incident. The firearm was later determined to be a Polymer 80 Ghost Gun with sixteen rounds in a high-capacity magazine, and equipped with a laser sight attachment.

As officers continued their investigation, a second man walked into a local emergency room with stab wounds not considered life threateing.

Apple “News” aggregated a story from ‘The Trace’ (idk their status/authority as a news outlet) that ghosty gun manufacturer Poly-mer80 is now defunct.

“idk their status/authority as a news outlet.” You basically just posted that you saw something online and don’t know if it’s accurate.

You have to be trolling. Nobody can be this way.

It means: fyi/fwiw. Apple “News” aggregates a ton of dubious publicists’ vehicles and a tonne of commercial “we may make a commission” newsverisment companies, some of whom are legit and upright like UH and some of whom could give two Schlitz and their ethics are flotsam and jetsam.

20:15, 09022024. Sorry, not to lump UH as newsvertisement. Not at all. Careless on my part. I’m in no position, however to turn up my nose at Apple News as problematic as it is. As you peruse the headlines without clicking it doesn’t differentiate between news articles, opinion pieces, things to buy articles thus giving each equal weight. Opinion pieces should have black box conspicuousness. One thing I can rely on is The Guardian’s pandering to antisemites.
