Boardman Lunch at 159 Summer. That commercial block has been gone since at least Central Artery construction.
161 Summer Street
Entering "Gahm Building, Boston" into Google, the sixth result is for a "'1915' Boston Exposition Official Catalogue", and the initial snippet of text refers to a Gahm Building at 161 Summer Street. This would have been between South Street and Atlantic Ave., on the south side of the street. The site is now landscaped; I can't tell whether it's part of the Greenway or a plaza for an adjacent office building.
